Role:

  • Certified Health Coach with behavioral health experience.
  • Prior experience in telehealth and weight management is highly valued.
  • Bilingual Arabic speaker required.


We are seeking an empathic, engaged, innovative, and collaborative health coach with a focus on behavioral health who is passionate about providing psychoeducation to clients on a wide range of topics including readiness for change, building motivation, goal setting for weight loss, managing life stress, and improving overall life and health satisfaction.

In this role, you will see patients via telehealth, primarily co-leading didactic health promotion classes on a wide range of topics that can impact weight and a healthful weight loss process. You will have access to Enara’s Behavioral Health curriculum to support your work. You will join a dynamic multidisciplinary team including Medical Providers, Nutrition Specialists, and Exercise Specialists to provide best-in-class care to Enara members.

Job Overview:

  • Part-time as a clinical contractor, 5 hrs per week with opportunities for growth
  • Co-lead psychoeducational classes
  • Translate class material to Arabic
  • Utilize Telehealth platform
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical team to produce exceptional patient outcomes - medical providers, nutrition specialists, exercise specialists, and fellow behavioral health providers
  • Practice with experienced Obesity Medicine specialists at Enara
  • Be on the cutting edge of weight management care as part of an established and entrepreneurial private practice specializing in evidence-based, technology leveraged obesity and lifestyle medicine


Qualifications:

  • Certified Health Coach with behavioral health experienceBilingual with fluency in Arabic required
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Strong presentation skills as majority of role will be presenting to groups via telehealth
  • Experience with telemedicine and remote care is a plus
  • Availability to work at least two evenings per week
  • Positive attitude, encouraging personality, passionate about achieving great patient outcomes
  • Team player
