Knowledge & Experience
Must Have:
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong background in problem solving, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), data structures, and algorithms.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in backend application development using Java and Spring/Spring Boot.
- At least 5 years of experience in developing and optimizing Big Data applications using Java/Scala and Spark, preferably on Cloudera or Hortonworks Data Platform (HDP).
- Micro-services & Containerization:
- Experience in developing/designing micro-service architectures.
- Proven hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
- Continuous Integration & Deployment:
- Working knowledge of Jenkins CI, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Ability to effectively communicate and work with multiple stakeholders, both business and technical.
- Experience in building end-to-end data pipelines on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and/or Databricks.
- Proven experience in large-scale on-premise to cloud migration projects.
- Programming experience in Python for at least 2 years.
- Innovative mindset with a willingness to constantly learn and adapt.
- Strong analytical skills to navigate complex data-oriented challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
