Summary

Kforce has a client that is seeking a BI Reporting Analyst III in Plano, TX. Duties: * Salesforce Reporting and Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards * Salesforce View Management: Create and manage customized Salesforce views for sales team members and leaders * Data Quality Management: Monitor and maintain data integrity within Salesforce; Identify and resolve discrepancies, implement data cleansing, and ensure data entry standards * Sales Leader Support: Respond to data inquiries, provide ad-hoc reports, and conduct research * Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities; Translate data into actionable insights * Documentation and Training: Create documentation for Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data management; Train sales team members on Salesforce utilization* Minimum 4 years in Sales Operations or Business Analyst roles, with a focus on Salesforce reporting and data analysis * Minimum 2 years of experience developing Salesforce CRM native dashboards and reporting * Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus * Proficiency in Salesforce: Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including reporting, dashboards, data management, and UI * Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to collect, analyze, interpret, and present complex data. Experience with data analysis techniques * Data Management Expertise: Ability to maintain data integrity and troubleshoot data issues * Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate technical information to technical and non-technical audiences * Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and analyze problems and develop effective solutions * Attention to Detail: Detail oriented, especially in terms of data accuracy * Time Management and Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies is a plus
