The Women's Center, a non-profit counseling center, with 50 years of providing counseling, educational programs, and information and referral services in Northern Virginia and Washington DC, seeks a Bi-lingual Pre-Licensed clinician for our Vienna, VA office.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Pre-Licensed clinician to work towards hours for licensure and gain valuable experience providing counseling/therapy to individuals in our community. Hours can be full-time or part-time. Services are provided via telehealth and in-person sessions.

The population to be treated includes all ages and clinical work revolves around conducting assessments and providing individual, couples, and family counseling.

Essential Duties

• Provide psychotherapy services to Center clients in accordance with the law, regulations, and professional ethical standards applicable.
• Maintain Center progress notes on each psychotherapy session, including reported data, observations, impressions, and treatment interventions.
• Routinely evaluate client progress toward attaining objectives and goals and adjust the treatment plan as needed.
• Ensure that all clinical files are protected and properly stored according to Center standards.
