Role We're looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented BI Analyst with strong Power BI skills and a knowledge of sales operations to join our team. This person will play a critical role in improving sales performance by turning data into actionable insights, streamlining processes, and enabling data-informed decision-making across our sales organization. Responsibilities * Daily support of end-users' ability to effectively and efficiently utilize the reporting platform. * Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide visibility into sales performance, pipeline health, forecasting, and team productivity. * Be a thought partner with Sales Operations to help develop KPIs and business metrics. * Identify gaps in processes, systems, and reporting, and propose scalable solutions. * Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems like CRM and JDE. * Serve as a Power BI subject matter expert, enabling others to self-serve through training and documentation. * Partner closely with technical and business teams to complete requirements gathering, testing and successful delivery. Education/Certifications * Bachelor degree in Computer/Data Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Business Analytics or related field Experience/Minimum Requirements * Three (3) to five (5) or more years of work experience delivering Power BI dashboards in sales organization * Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, visualizations) * Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) * Strong Excel and SQL skills; familiarity with data warehouses a plus * Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Access financial, billing or accounting enterprise systems or corporate software applications which may retain all or some data related to customers, financial information, or personally identifiable information (PII). Travel up to 20% may be required. An employer who violates this law shall be subject to criminal penalties and civil liability. The pay range offered for this position is $74,900-$103,000 annually. A candidate's offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives.
