Summary

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Benefits Administrator for a fully onsite position in Richmond, VA. This is a contract to hire opportunity, offering a competitive pay rate of $23-28 per hour based on experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored benefits.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations.
  • Maintain meticulous records of employee benefits data and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees regarding benefits options, eligibility, and claims.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to resolve benefits-related issues and improve processes.
  • Conduct regular audits of benefits data to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in benefits regulations to ensure compliance and competitiveness.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Benefits Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS and benefits administration software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive employee data.


Compensation: The pay rate for this position is $23-28 per hour, based on experience.
