The Program Services Department, which is made up of the Client Services, Healthcare Partners, and Nutrition teams, acts as the liaison between the organization and its clients. As the first point of contact for new clients and ongoing support for current clients, the department conducts intake, facilitates nutrition assessments and counseling, manages client inquiries by phone or mail, maintains client records, and more. The department is uniquely positioned to care for clients, while also developing new programs and contributing to policy development that promotes the concept of "Food is Medicine" for individuals and within the healthcare field. The Behavioral Health Program Administrator is a position that was created through grant funding focused on the behavior health needs of U.S. military veterans. The position is responsible for working with the Chief Program Officer to facilitate the expansion of the God's Love We Deliver behavioral health service, especially with veterans. The goal of the position is to use clinical and program design expertise to set the foundation and infrastructure of the service, while also providing ongoing support to clients and staff. This sound structure will enable the organization to attract referrals from social service, veterans and healthcare organizations and proficiently serve clients with a behavioral health diagnosis. The Behavioral Health Program Administrator will work across the Program Services teams and with the Delivery Department to expand the program, support and train staff, and manage escalated client issues.
