Join Our Team as a School-Based Behavioral Interventionist!

What You’ll Do:
✅ Work one-on-one with students, following personalized behavior plans to support their growth and success.
✅ Use positive reinforcement, prompting, and other ABA strategies to create meaningful progress.
✅ Collect accurate data and provide daily documentation to ensure program integrity.
✅ Collaborate with Case Managers and Supervisors, offering valuable feedback to enhance student outcomes.
✅ Attend monthly team meetings and complete essential trainings to grow your skills.
✅ Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in all aspects of your role.
✅ Take on additional responsibilities as needed—because teamwork makes the dream work!
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Compassionate & Professional: You have strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
✔ Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED).
✔ Experience: Prior experience working with children with special needs. ABA experience is a plus!
✔ Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using technology for documentation and training.

✔ Training Ready: Willing to complete a competency-based training program.

IBIC is seeking several self-starting individuals who are career-minded, engaging, confident, and assertive with a passion for helping children. IBIC provides comprehensive competency based paid trainings for all employees including New hire (pre-service), Induction, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention® Training (N-CPI) and in-service training. Since the behaviorist is the front line representative of the company, the IBIC employee will be required to display professional demeanor with excellent judgment and decision-making skills at all times.
