Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role (potentially fully remote for the right person) for a Behavior Analyst at Autism Reimagined Center, located in Fairfax, VA. Some work from home is acceptable. The Behavior Analyst will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and monitoring and analyzing the progress of individuals. The role also involves collaborating with parents and caregivers, providing education and support, and working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
• Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management
• Background in Psychology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field is preferred
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
• Virginia LBA required or willingness to obtain
