Davidson Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC of Rome is looking for a BDC Representative! This position will answer phone calls, emails, texts, and online inquiries for the Sales department and help schedule appointments for the potential customer to come in and meet with our experienced Salespeople. The BDC Representative is many customers' first impression of our dealership so we’re looking for someone who’s friendly and energetic!

Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000/yr

Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to identify their individual needs and opportunities for our Sales department.
• Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails.
• Make outbound calls, texts, and emails based on leads and inquiries of prospective customers.
• Keep appropriate notes in our system so that any potential customers may be helped accurately.
• Set appointments for prospective customers to meet with a salesperson.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
