JOB DESCRIPTION


As a part of the growth of that team, we are seeking a Business Development Coordinator who will support various Business Development, Marketing, and PR efforts for the firm. This is an exciting entry level opportunity to “get a foot in the door” of our exciting industry in design.


Key Responsibilities


  • Assisting the Business Development team in researching, organizing, and writing submittals
  • Creating and managing schedules for responding to RFPs
  • Working with the project team on interview presentations, including custom Keynote/PPT and Google Suite documents.
  • Assisting Business Development Manager in organizing and overseeing all databases, outreach milestones and engagement opportunities, including management of HubSpot data
  • Supporting the team through maintenance of proposal templates, boilerplate and document libraries, and project documentation
  • Supporting the team to gather and organize competitive intelligence to support strategic decisions.
  • Communicating with collaborative partners
  • Various special business development projects and initiatives as assigned


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Entry-level experience in business development, marketing, or client services with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through
  • Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in PPT, Keynote, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Adobe InDesign, CRM tools, including email marketing tools
  • Can work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Understanding, experience or significant interest in museums, visitor experiences or experiential design
  • Strong Project management experience with a focus on business development or a degree in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations.
  • Well-versed in social media strategies would be a plus

Occasional travel to our hub locations or other company sites may be required for team meetings, training sessions, or special projects. However, such travel will be planned well in advance, and expenses will be covered by the company.
