Building Automation Solutions (BAS) provides and installs solutions and systems for commercial HVAC building automation, energy management, remote client access, and complete HVAC and other building systems integration.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support for BAS and the BAS parent company, Accel Air Systems
- Communication and scheduling, follow up and general inquiries
- Create and maintain job files including Work Orders, Certificates of Insurance, Preliminary Notices, Contracts and Change Orders, Purchase Orders, Etc.
- Close out documentation as required
- Create Schedule of Value (SOV) and provide to Accounting
- Maintain bid list and attend weekly project meetings
- General Office Support
- Answer multi-line telephone and forward phone calls to the proper department
- Order and replenish office supplies as needed
- Perform other tasks or duties as requested
Requirements:
- Solid written, verbal and customer service communication skills
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, and Excel
