SuTango / Tango Sur München is a dance school specializing in teaching Argentine Tango in several locations. We specialize in providing high quality dance lessons, workshops and seminars and weekly tango dance evenings (milongas). We are dedicated to delivering high-quality service and support. Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role located in Munich for a Bar Staff & Event Assistant needed for Sunday evening Tango events. The Bar Staff & Event Assistant will be responsible for managing bar operations, beverage services, handling event setup and teardown, and providing excellent customer service. Additional duties include handling cash transactions and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for event attendees. We have a rotating team, so that work is not required every Sunday.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills in English and German
• Experience in Food & Beverage services
• Proficiency in Cash Handling
• Ability to assist with Training of new staff
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and in a dynamic event environment
• Previous experience in event or hospitality industry is a plus
• Must be able and willing to work until midnight or after
