We are seeking a passionate, experienced Bar Manager / Beverage Manager to lead and inspire our team. A qualified candidate will be positive-minded, hands-on, and committed to educating our guests and team on all things beverage! In addition to understanding and training the team on tasting notes, pairings and technique, you will have a solid understanding COGs, budgeting and generating revenue.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years managing a craft cocktail, wine and beer program
- Knowledge for spirits, wine, beer and bartending technique and the tenacity to uphold the quality, consistency and creativity of our bar program
- Master at training and inspiring a team to be knowledgeable, work clean and follow standards
- Ability to achieve budgeted COGS, drill down on opportunities and create measurable results
- Understand our technologies and care about accuracy (POS, Excel, Word, Ctuit, Hot Schedules)
- Ensure equipment and tools are clean, functioning and available to our team
- Create a happy work environment that promotes teamwork, recognition and growth
- Have an active ServSafe Food Safety and Tips Certificate
- Have a flexible schedule and open availability
