About Us:

We are launching an exciting pop-up summer program in Doha, offering engaging activities for children. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Ballet Instructor to lead classes for children aged 4-12. This is a fantastic opportunity to share your love of ballet and inspire young dancers during the summer months.


Role Overview:

As a Part-Time Ballet Instructor for our pop-up program, you will be responsible for planning and delivering fun, age-appropriate ballet classes for children aged 4-12. You will create a positive and encouraging learning environment, fostering creativity, discipline, and a love for dance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prepare engaging and age-appropriate ballet lesson plans for different age groups (4-6, 7-9, 10-12).
  • Lead and instruct ballet classes with enthusiasm and energy.
  • Teach fundamental ballet techniques, terminology, and basic steps in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Incorporate creative movement, music, and imaginative elements into classes to keep children engaged.
  • Provide positive and constructive feedback to students.
  • Manage class dynamics effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all participants.
  • Communicate effectively with program coordinators and parents as needed.
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during class.

Requirements:

  • Must currently reside in Qatar.
  • Proven previous experience as a Ballet Instructor in Doha is essential. Please highlight your experience working with children aged 4-12 in your application.
