Evening Shift

Position Summary:

Our evening shift supports the production of Five Daughters Bakery’s high-quality baked goods. Responsibilities include frying croissant-style doughnuts, baking cookies and pastries, and decorating finished products with glazes, creams, and garnishes. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for learning in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fry and decorate croissant-style doughnuts
• Apply glazes, pipe fillings, and garnish with homemade toppings
• Meet daily production deadlines and shipping times
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with team members and shift leads
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods
• Strong desire to learn and improve culinary skills
• Self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions

Details:

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time.

2nd Shift schedule ~ 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Hours may vary and include weekends and holidays)

Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour (base wage + shift differential + tip share)
