About the Role:  

We are looking for an experienced Bakery Operations team member to be involved in all parts of the bakery operations process. You will be hands on during ingredient preparation, mixing, forming, baking, and end of day clean up, ensuring safety and quality is always maintained

What your day looks like:  

• Ensure all activities are carried out within the scope of relevant company H&S policies and procedures.
• Ensure all activities are carried out within the scope of relevant company Quality policies and procedures.
• Ensure the team delivers the daily objectives as communicated by the Bakery Team Leader.
• Deliver on the production plan, ensuring effective use of resource and materials.

The Ingredients for Success:  

• Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG preferred
• Previous bakery or food related technical training preferred
• Good communication skills
• Strong team player, able to work independently and with team
• Ability to pick up new skills quickly and apply
