Experience : 4-6 yrs

Installs new software releases and system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches, and resolves software related problems

Performs system backups and recovery

Maintains data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity

Storage and Backup

Technologies supported include fiber channel storage area networks, fiber channel storage arrays, network attached storage and enterprise data protection platforms

Storage and Backup

Troubleshoots system issues and resolves or escalates

Storage and Backup

Creates and updates system documentation, including configurations and backup procedures

Storage

Has worked with the multiple of following platforms, Dell PowerMAX/VMAX, Dell Powerscale/Isilon, Hitachi VSP, Hitachi Content Platform, Brocade and Cisco fiber channel switching with 2 - 5 years of experience.

Backup

Has worked with enterprise backup software such as Veritas Netbackup, Rubrik or Cohesity protection platforms. 2 - 5 years of experience
