Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Java Developer at Hitopia.id in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Java Developer will be responsible for software development, microservices, programming, and utilizing the Spring Framework. Some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Java Developer
• Strong experience with using Java and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with Maven or Gradle for managing dependencies and project builds.
• Experience with Docker for containerization and deployment.
• Familiarity with AWS Cloud Computing (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, specifically PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodology.
