Responsibilities:

• Analyze PRD and UED requirements to ensure solution design aligns with project goals, and develop proof-of-concept code as needed.
• Prepare detailed technical design documents and conduct design reviews to meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop backend components following coding standards, and address code review feedback for approval.
• Perform unit, functional, performance, and vulnerability testing to ensure software quality and security.
• Prepare software releases, including upgrade/installation scripts, and support the DevOps team during deployment.
• Provide Level 3 troubleshooting, including root cause analysis and bug fixes during testing or production.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in backend development.
• Proficiency in Java, SQL, and Spring Boot.
• Familiar with MyBatis for database operations, RESTful APIs, Redis, and Kafka.
• Experience with relational databases, including schema design, and knowledge of SQL optimization and tuning.
• Strong debugging skills with the ability to break down complex requirements into manageable tasks.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools for deployment.
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks and experience in integration and end-to-end testing.
