¿Qué vas a hacer?

Como desarrollador de software backend, trabajarás en servicios que forman la base de nuestra herramienta de marketing en redes sociales. Te unirás a uno de nuestros dinámicos equipos Scrum multidisciplinarios, compuestos por ingenieros de software talentosos, motivados y colaborativos.

Trabajando junto con un Product Manager y el resto de tu equipo, serás responsable de la creación del backlog, la planificación y la entrega de soluciones de alta calidad. Tú y tu equipo os haréis responsables de los servicios y software que construyáis, asegurando que sean escalables, mantenibles y resilientes.

Colaborarás estrechamente con nuestros otros equipos de desarrollo para garantizar que la funcionalidad que construyas se integre perfectamente con las necesidades y requisitos de nuestros clientes.

Tus principales responsabilidades serán:

• Diseñar e implementar microservicios robustos, escalables y mantenibles, siguiendo principios de microarquitectura.
• Desarrollar código de alta calidad, principalmente en Go y Elixir, asegurando un rendimiento y fiabilidad óptimos.
• Utilizar Kubernetes para la orquestación de contenedores, asegurando despliegues eficientes y escalabilidad.
• Trabajar con RabbitMQ y Kafka para comunicación asíncrona.
• Integrar y gestionar bases de datos como MongoDB y MySQL para almacenamiento y recuperación de datos.
• Utilizar herramientas de monitorización y logging como Grafana y Sentry para garantizar el rendimiento del sistema.

¿Quién eres?

Tienes la motivación para desarrollar soluciones backend de alta calidad. Prefieres la línea de comandos a una interfaz gráfica. Te gusta aprender cosas nuevas, desafiarte a ti mismo y mejorar constantemente tus habilidades de programación. Disfrutas trabajando en equipo, te gustan las bromas y te enfocas en lograr resultados.

• Tienes un grado o máster en Informática o un campo relacionado.
• Cuentas con al menos 3 años de experiencia en desarrollo backend, siguiendo las mejores prácticas de desarrollo de software como TDD, SOLID, KISS y DRY.
• Tienes experiencia con algunas de las siguientes tecnologías: Go, Elixir, Docker, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, Kafka, MySQL, MongoDB.
• Estás familiarizado con Git y sus flujos de trabajo.
• Te sientes cómodo trabajando en un entorno Ágil.
• Dominas el inglés, tanto hablado como escrito.
• Puedes trabajar de manera híbrida en nuestra oficina de Alicante.

Backend Software Developer (Medior)

What are you going to do?

As a backend software developer, you’ll be working on services that form the base of our Social Media marketing tool. You will join one of our dynamic, multidisciplinary Scrum teams consisting of skilled, motivated, and collaborative software engineers. And working alongside a Product Manager and the rest of your team, you will be responsible for creating the backlog, planning, and delivering high-quality solutions. You and your team take ownership of the services and software you build. You ensure that the services you build are scalable, maintainable and resilient. You will work closely with our other development teams to make sure the functionality you build fits seamlessly with the needs and requirements of our customers.

Furthermore, these will be your main tasks:

• You will work with the team on designing and implementing robust, scalable, and maintainable microservices with a keen focus on microarchitecture principles.
• You will develop high-quality code primarily in Go and Elixir, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• You will work with Kubernetes for container orchestration, ensuring efficient deployment and scalability.
• You will utilize message brokers like RabbitMQ and Kafka for asynchronous communication.
• You will integrate with and manage databases such as MongoDB and MySQL for data storage and retrieval.
• You will use monitoring and logging solutions using Grafana and Sentry to ensure system health and performance.

Who you are

You have the drive to build high quality backend solutions. You prefer the command line over a UI. You are open to learning new stuff. You like to challenge yourself and others and to continuously improve your coding skills. You thrive on working in a team, are in for a joke and like to get things done.

Furthermore:

• You have a bachelor or master degree in the area of Computer Science or equivalent;
• You have at least 3 years of experience in Backend Development following software development best practices like TDD, SOLID, KISS and DRY;
• You have experience with at least several of the following technologies: Go, Elixir, Docker, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, Kafka, MySQL, MongoDB;
• You are familiar with Git and related workflows;
• You feel comfortable working in an Agile environment;
• You are proficient in English, both in speech and writing.
• You are available to work hybrid in our Alicante office.
