SUMMARY The Back-End Web Developer will be responsible for maintaining and developing applications using ColdFusion and supporting back-end systems across the organization. This role requires experience in ColdFusion administration, server architecture, application security, and integration of B2B APIs. The developer will work within WebServices and collaborate with the Information Security team to resolve vulnerabilities, maintain system performance, and support legacy systems and modern frameworks. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using ColdFusion web development platform * Administer and optimize ColdFusion environments, including server configuration and performance tuning * Troubleshoot and resolve pen testing findings and application-level security issues * Configure and maintain IIS web server software, including SSL certificate management and troubleshooting to monitor and manage the life cycles of SSL certificates deployed within the network * Integrate B2B APIs and manage data flows between internal and external systems * Collaborate with front-end web development teams and support React integration testing * Support activities related to application deployment. * Develop and maintain technical documentation and assist in project planning and estimation * Keep up to date with new technologies as they relate to application development (e.g. AI) * Special projects and assignments as business dictates * Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES * This position has no supervisory responsibilities SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience required * 7-10 years of experience in software development required * 5-7 years of experience with ColdFusion administration and IIS server configuration required * Previous experience supporting manufacturing facilities preferred * Strong knowledge of application security, pen test resolution, and compliance requirements * Proficient in server architecture and system administration practices * Experience with certificate management, SSL configuration, and secure API integration * Familiarity with PHP, xByte, and authentication protocols * Exposure to modern frameworks like Angular is a plus * Experience supporting or migrating legacy systems * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment * Excellent written and verbal communication skills PHYSICAL DEMANDS * Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * The employee frequently is required to talk or hear. * Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
