A Startup Company developing a brilliant and unique solution in the world of storage is looking for a sole STA Lead in a backend team that is being restructured and rebuilt.

The company is located in Ramat Gan, near a train station, and operates in a hybrid model with two work-from-home days per week.

In this role, you will-

• Join the Backend team working on the development of a power-, performance-, and area-optimized ASIC product from RTL to GDS
• Take ownership of STA processes and final closure methodologies
• Participate in defining design methodologies, conducting reviews, and developing automation flows according to best practices

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• 5 years of experience as an STA/Backend Engineer at a leading semiconductor company working on advanced technologies
• Hands-on experience with timing at both the macro and full-chip levels
• Familiarity with synthesis and DFT processes
• Deep understanding of multiple STA scenarios and timing definitions
• Practical experience creating and managing timing constraints (SDC)
• Strong knowledge of design constraint development
• Excellent understanding of conservative timing methodologies (OCV/AOCV/POCV)
• In-depth knowledge of timing margins from synthesis to final closure
