We're growing fast and looking for a Senior Back-End Developer to join our product team and help build the systems behind our advanced platform for telecom operators.

What you'll do

• Architect and build new features for our cloud-native network automation platform.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented Python/Django code.
• Improve backend performance and scalability for high-volume data processing.
• Work with our ML engineers and product owners to ship impactful features.
• Increase test coverage and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Profile and optimize performance bottlenecks.
• Design and implement REST APIs.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years of back-end development experience.
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with REST APIs, design patterns, unit testing, and CI/CD.
• Strong Python & Django expertise.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Good English communication skills.

Bonus points for experience with: Docker, Selenium, SQLAlchemy, React Native, Typescript, GIS data, or test automation frameworks.
