We are seeking for a seasoned Senior Back End Developer with strong experience in Java, React, Node.js, and modern cloud-native architectures like GitLab and GCP App Engine. You will play a pivotal role in building a scalable, secure, and user-centric onboarding platform that seamlessly integrates ID verification, credit decisioning, and core banking services.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Service Design & Development:
• Architect and implement scalable micro-services and APIs for key onboarding features such as KYC/AML integration, credit decisioning, product fulfillment, and user credentialing.
• Systems Integration:
• Build and maintain secure integrations with third-party services (e.g., IDV providers, fraud engines) and internal platforms (e.g., SAP AO, CRM systems).
• Collaboration & Agile Delivery:
• Participate in sprint ceremonies, support feature estimation and scoping.
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers, QA, DevOps, and product stakeholders in an agile squad model.
• Testing & CI/CD:
• Write robust unit and integration tests.
• Contribute to continuous integration pipelines (e.g., GitLab).
• Support automated deployment and quality assurance initiatives.
• Monitoring & Optimization:
• Troubleshoot and optimize back-end performance.
• Participate in production issue resolution and suggest long-term improvements to ensure system health and reliability.

Who are we looking for?

• 5+ years in backend development, including 3+ years with Java, React, and Node.js in cloud (preferably GCP AppEngine)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Financial industry experience (nice to have)
• React Native experience
• Strong API development skills, including RESTful design, OAuth, JWT, and service orchestration
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes (a plus)

• Knowledge of Spring Boot, Objectify, Guava, Lombok, and pytest
