We’re Hiring: Software Engineer & Senior Software Engineer – Backend

What You’ll Do:

✔ Develop & Optimize Backend Systems – Build efficient, reusable, and scalable backend solutions using Node.js and relevant frameworks (Express, StrongLoop, etc.).

✔ Asynchronous Programming – Leverage async programming techniques to enhance performance.

✔ Database Design – Create schemas that align with business processes for seamless data flow.

✔ Security & Authentication – Implement user authentication and authorization across multiple systems.

✔ Collaborate with Frontend & DevOps Teams – Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate backend solutions with frontend applications.

✔ Version Control & Testing – Work with Git for versioning and implement unit testing (a plus).

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 2-5 years of backend development experience, preferably in a product-based company.

🔹 Strong proficiency in JavaScript (or CoffeeScript, based on the stack).

🔹 Hands-on experience with Node.js frameworks (Express, StrongLoop, etc.).

🔹 Understanding of asynchronous programming, API integrations, and scalable system design.

🔹 Basic familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and frontend interactions.

🔹 Experience working on enterprise web applications.

🔹 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

✅ Consistent academic record (60%+).
