Looking for a talented Senior Backend Developer to join the Yourco team!

In this position you will (Responsibilities):

1. Develop and implement new microservices to add functionality and gradually transition our main monolithic application to a microservices architecture.
2. Oversee and ensure the reliability and robustness of the backend codebase, addressing bugs, performance issues, and other anomalies quickly and efficiently.
3. Participate in Error Analysis meetings.
4. Conduct code reviews for peers to maintain high coding standards, readability, and maintainability of the codebase.
5. Implement and advocate for best practices in coding and architectural design, focusing on backend technologies.
6. Work with the frontend development team to design and optimize API interactions for frontend functionality, ensuring seamless data exchange and application performance.
7. Develop and maintain comprehensive backend testing frameworks.
8. Participate in agile development practices, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, contributing to continuous improvement of the development process.
