Developer - Backend

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Developer with strong experience in Node.js, MongoDB, and CouchDB, along with hands-on exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building scalable backend systems and integrating with modern databases and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable server-side applications using Node.js
• Design and manage NoSQL databases, primarily MongoDB and CouchDB
• Collaborate with front-end developers, architects, and product teams for system integration
• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability
• Implement and manage deployment pipelines on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Maintain code quality through code reviews and unit testing
• Ensure data security and compliance across systems and platforms

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Node.js and its ecosystem (Express.js, npm, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of MongoDB including indexing, aggregation, and schema design
• Working experience with CouchDB or similar document-oriented databases
• Experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments
• Understanding of containerization tools like Docker is a plus

Good to Have:

• Experience with message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Familiarity with microservices architecture
• Exposure to monitoring tools like Prometheus/Grafana

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 6+ years of relevant backend development experience

Experience: 6-8 Yrs

Notice Period : Immediate - 15 Days
