We are seeking a talented and motivated Back End Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining the server-side logic, databases, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications.
• Create and manage databases and ensure data integrity.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.
• Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
• Develop and maintain APIs for front-end integration.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in back-end development.
• Strong proficiency in server-side languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, PHP, or Node.js.
• Experience with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Strong understanding of security and data protection principles.
• Proficiency with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is desirable.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
