Role Overview


We’re looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing insurtech company. You’ll take ownership of the entire B2B marketing funnel, working with commercial, partnerships and sales teams to build lead generation strategies, strengthen brand visibility, and drive growth through creative and measurable marketing initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to make your mark and scale high-impact campaigns in a purpose-led business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy
  • Lead execution of lead generation, brand awareness and account-based marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with commercial and partnerships teams to align goals and messaging
  • Optimise content, email and social campaigns to support pipeline and conversion
  • Own reporting and performance metrics for B2B initiatives
  • Represent marketing at cross-functional meetings and feed into product and brand development


Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Proven track record in demand generation, brand building and campaign delivery
  • Confident working with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for experimentation and optimisation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative, mission-driven team
