Summary

Mondrian Collection is a rapidly growing trend fine jewelry manufacturer specializing in fashion-forward 14K gold chains, diamond & color stone jewelry located in the NYC Diamond District. We are a B2B business that supplies to a large variety of clients from independent retailers to chain stores.

We are looking for an Account Manager to become an integral part of our team and build strong and trusting relationships with our current clients as well as grow sales with prospective clients through showroom and virtual appointments.

We travel to most major tradeshows – JIS Miami, JCK Vegas, JA New York. – This role will require travel to tradeshows.


Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospective clients & set up virtual or showroom appointments to help generate sales and create new accounts.
  • Make new sales with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to create more sales
  • Facilitate daily shipping of orders
  • Help manage showroom client sales throughout the day
  • Create weekly blast of new product photos and send to current clients
  • Maintain all inventory, invoice, and customer information in an organized manner in our CRM program
  • Send marketing and scheduling emails to clients before all tradeshows
  • Research jewelry trends through internet & social media research


About You

  • Professional selling skills and excellent interpersonal skills – able to adapt to what the client likes and make sales accordingly.
  • Team player – willing to jump into other areas of the business to aid when needed
  • Ability to build trust and demonstrate professionalism with clients
  • Self-motivated and able to problem solve and think quick on their feet
  • Organized, proactive, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills
  • Self-starter
  • Experience with MS office (Excel preferred)
  • Interested in trend jewelry!
  • Previous work experience in Jewelry (preferred), Sales, Retail, or Account Management
  • Bachelors Degree (preferred)
