This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge Azure solutions, driving innovation, scalability, and security across the project.

You will collaborate closely with development teams, DevOps engineers, security specialists, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact results.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Lead end-to-end solution architecture for a web application on Azure, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.\n\n * Design scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud applications using Azure services (e.g., Azure Front Door, API Management, Azure Gateway, Azure Spring Boot, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure PostgreSQL).\n\n * Define and document conceptual, logical, and physical architectures, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.\n\n * Design and implement file-based and API-based integration patterns.\n\n * Provide guidance on Azure API Management, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps to development teams.\n\n * Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with architecture principles.\n\n * Apply cloud security controls (e.g., Azure Defender, Qualys vulnerability scans) and enforce baseline security requirements.\n\n * Define and validate Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) such as scalability, availability, resilience, observability, and compliance.\n\n * Optimize solutions for performance, security, compliance, and cost efficiency.\n\n * Apply cloud automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and DevSecOps best practices.\n\nKey Skills & Experience:\n\n * 10+ years of experience in solution architecture with expertise in Azure cloud services.\n\n * Strong knowledge of Azure networking and security services.\n\n * Deep understanding of integration patterns, API-based architectures, and cloud security best practices.\n\n * Experience designing, reviewing, and validating cloud architecture (Azure or GCP).\n\n * Ability to define and apply Non-Functional Requirements and security controls.\n\n * Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, vulnerability management, and compliance standards.\n\n * Experience working with Design Authorities to ensure enterprise architecture compliance.\n\n * Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders.\n\nEsther Urtecho\n\nSenior Delivery Consultant\n\nLondon | Bristol | Amsterdam
