The Azure & Microsoft 365 Engineer works with the Vice President, Cloud and Security, to manage Azure Administration, Intune Administration, and Microsoft 365 Administration. The incumbent will support organizational goals by delivering secure, scalable cloud services, improving endpoint and data management, and ensuring high-quality technical support to end-users.

• Configure, maintain, and monitor Azure IaaS and PaaS components, including virtual machines, virtual networks, and storage.
• Manage Intune compliance policies, profiles, and endpoint protection across platforms.
• Administer and enforce OneDrive storage limits, sharing policies, and backup settings.
• Deliver Tier 2 support for escalated issues and assist Tier 1 in knowledge transfer.
  
  

BE EXPERTS

• Maintain and support Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access, and MFA policies.
• Monitor and optimize costs and usage across Azure services.
• Maintain documentation for Azure, Intune, and Microsoft 365 environments.
  
  

OWN IT

• Own the administration and lifecycle of Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Lead device and endpoint management through Microsoft Intune.
• Support OneDrive as a core collaboration tool, providing exceptional end-user support.
  
  

Specific Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and multitasking skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment, and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently
• Team-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused mindset
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Microsoft 365 Admin tools
• Ability to periodically work before or after regular business hours and/or on weekends
  
  

Education And Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience managing Microsoft Azure and cloud-based infrastructure
• 5+ years of experience managing Intune and Microsoft 365
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-104, MS-900, MD-102) preferred
