We’re looking for an experienced Azure DevOps DevSecOps Engineer to lead the design and implementation of secure, compliant CI/CD pipelines within a complex Azure enterprise environment.\n\nThis role is perfect for someone who thrives in technically hands-on, agile delivery teams—where quality, automation, and security are non-negotiable.\n\nYour Responsibilities:\n\nBuild and maintain secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps (ADO)\n\nLead enterprise-wide adoption of Terraform-based infrastructure deployments via ADO\n\nImplement security controls and policy-as-code within pipelines to meet compliance standards\n\nMigrate legacy pipelines (e.g., Jenkins) to Azure DevOps using GitOps principles\n\nConsult with dev teams on best practices and continuously improve DevSecOps tooling\n\nAbout You:\n\nProven hands-on experience designing enterprise-grade ADO pipelines (VMs, AKS, serverless)\n\nDeep knowledge of Terraform, infrastructure as code, and pipeline validation frameworks\n\nSkilled in securing pipelines using SAST/DAST, dependency scanning, and secrets management\n\nFamiliar with regulated environments and compliance automation (e.g., Azure Policies)\n\nStrong communicator with a consultative mindset and a passion for clean, secure delivery\n\nThis is an inside IR35 position based in London area with 1 day per week onsite
