Should have at least 6 + years of overall IT experience.
Experience (3 + years) working within an operations team of a large complex multinational environment (Financial Services preferred)
3+ years of Microsoft Azure cloud support experience in a production environment including security, automation, Azure subscriptions and resources, implement and manage storage, deploy and manage virtual machines and app services, configure and manage virtual networks, and manage identities.
At least one Microsoft Azure cloud certification
A university degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent experience.
Hands-on agile principles/frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc.
Awareness of an ITSM frameworks (Support, Delivery, and Implementation)
Experience dealing and responding to IT Audit
Pro-actively identify manual activates to feed into service improvements (e.g., Automation)
Experience with Azure AD, Azure Front Door, Application Gateway, Traffic Manager, Azure load balancer, ExpressRoute, Azure FW, Azure monitoring tools (Azure monitor, Azure Network watcher, and Azure NPM)
Experience with claims-based authentication (SAML/OAuth/OIDC), MFA, and RBAC
Knowledge of cloud security controls including tenant isolation, encryption at rest, encryption in transit, key management, vulnerability assessments, application firewalls, SIEM, etc.
Should have proven success record of setting up Azure DevOps pipeline for various project requirements.
Experience with configuration-management and automation tools such as Ansible, DSC, Puppet, Chef, Salt, etc.
Setting up a CI/CD/CT Pipelines to speed up software development and deployment process.
Integrating tool chains into the CI/CD server using web hooks/API’s
Test, build, design, deployment, and ability to maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery process using tools like Jenkins, maven Git, etc.
Experience with following would be an added advantage - relational, graph and/or unstructured data technologies such as SQL Server, Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake, HD Insights, Hadoop, Cloudera, MongoDB, MySQL, Neo4j, Cassandra, Couchbase
Experience in distilling complex technical challenges to actionable decisions for stakeholders and guiding project teams by building consensus and mediating compromises when necessary.
Experience coordinating the intersection of complex system dependencies and interactions.
Demonstrated knowledge of relevant industry trends and standards
Provide on-call support for emergencies.
