Job Description: Azure DevOps Architect

• Lead Azure DevOps implementation and SDLC transformation to modernize development practices for .NET, Angular, React JS, Mobile Apps, and MS SQL Database.
• Drive adoption of Azure DevOps tools (Boards, Pipelines, Test Plans, Artifacts, Dashboards) to streamline workflows and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for .NET, Angular, React JS, and Mobile Apps.
• Design infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions with Terraform/ARM templates for Azure environments.
• Integrate Azure Test Plans into CI/CD workflows for automated testing (unit, integration, UI).
• Transform SDLC processes by embedding Azure Boards for Agile planning, backlog management, and sprint tracking.
• Develop custom Azure Dashboards for real-time visibility into build status, test results, and deployment metrics.
• Automate database deployments (MS SQL) using Azure Pipelines and ensure version-controlled schema management.
• Enable cross-team collaboration via Azure Repos for code management and branch strategies (GitFlow, trunk-based).
• Implement Azure Artifacts for secure package management (.NET NuGet, npm, etc.).
• Optimize release pipelines with approval gates, environment-specific configurations, and rollback strategies.
• Drive SDLC transformation by replacing legacy tools/processes with Azure DevOps-integrated workflows.
• Ensure compliance and auditability through Azure DevOps audit logs and pipeline traceability.
• Mentor teams on Azure Boards for user story mapping, bug tracking, and sprint retrospectives.
• Configure Azure Dashboards to monitor application performance, infrastructure health, and security posture.
• Establish governance for Azure DevOps toolchain usage, permissions, and resource scaling.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in Azure DevOps Services (Boards, Pipelines, Test Plans, Artifacts, Repos, Dashboards).
• Strong SDLC transformation experience using Agile/DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with .NET, Angular/React JS, mobile apps, and MS SQL deployments.
• Preferred experience in IaC (Terraform, ARM/Bicep), scripting (PowerShell/Bash), and Azure cloud services (AKS, App Services).
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud Functions, App service and other Azure cloud services is a good-to-have
