Job Title: Azure Data Architect

Job Location: Houston, TX(Onsite)

Type of Hire: Full-Time

Responsibilities

Key Skills – Data architecture, data platform / solution architecture, data modeling, dimensional modeling, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, T-SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric.

Prior experience working with BFSI industry, Private Equity firms is ideal.

Key responsibilities –

• Understand customer business requirements and use cases, existing data & BI landscape
• Develop high quality, scalable data platform architecture
• Design Azure based data platform, BI and AI-led insight experience
• Lead the engineering team in building the data lake, data warehouse, data pipelines, semantic data models and reports in Microsoft Fabric technology
• Ability to engage with CXO to elicit requirements, priority, directions. Articulate solution business value, roadmap and status will be critical
• Ensure high quality of build – carry out detailed design & code reviews
• Solution demo, deployment support, documentation reviews, train business users and oversee the adoption support & platform operations
• Ability to get hands on to the development on need basis
