Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud architectures based on business requirements.
• Lead the development of cloud migration strategies, including rehosting, refactoring, and re-architecting.
• Ensure best practices in cloud security, networking, and compliance.
• Deploy and manage AWS-based infrastructure, leveraging automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Optimize cloud performance and cost-efficiency through monitoring and fine-tuning.
• Integrate AWS services with on-premise and third-party solutions.
• Work closely with development, DevOps, and security teams to ensure smooth cloud adoption.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and engineers.
• Lead technical discussions with stakeholders, including clients and senior management.

Skills/Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture, engineering, or DevOps roles.
• Expertise in AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, and more.
• Strong experience in automation (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
• Proficiency in scripting & programming (Python, Bash, or similar).
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS ECS/EKS).
• Experience in security best practices (IAM, encryption, compliance frameworks).
• AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or equivalent are preferred.
