Summary
Work onsite in Baltimore, MD (must be within 30-40 miles)
Focus on AWS Connect system engineering, performance, and disaster recovery
Build and test network failover strategies and disaster recovery features (QnA bots, IVR, Quicksight)
Test and optimize AWS East/West agent redundancy and scaling
Manage and improve call routing (split tunneling vs. proxy), bot interfaces, and AWS workflow efficiency
Optimize monitoring tools (Operata, CloudWatch) and clean up DEV/PROD AWS environments (e.g., S3, Lambdas)
Provide user/admin training and support for AWS Connect Console and ACGR interface
Implement user auto-provisioning via SCIM and Active Directory integration
Lead/assist AWS Connect expansion and integration with virtual PBX systems (e.g., Avaya, Ribbon)
Review, design, and migrate IVR workflows and create performance dashboards for AWS Connect
Address change management processes for call flows, software, and network configurations
Support AWS data migration to Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW)
Deep experience with AWS Connect required
