Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant with over 8 years of experience specializing in Oracle Cloud HCM applications, particularly in modules such as Talent Management, Recruiting, Core HR, Compensation, Learning, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
As a senior consultant, you will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, upgrades, and support projects. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand HR needs and configure Oracle Fusion to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations, upgrades, and support projects focusing on Talent, Recruiting, Core HR, Compensation, Learning, and ORC modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze HR-related requirements, and translate these into functional specifications for system configuration.
- Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM applications to support client business processes in Talent Management, Recruiting, Core HR, Compensation, Learning, and ORC.
- Provide subject matter expertise in HR processes such as recruitment, employee lifecycle management, compensation planning, talent management, and employee learning and development.
- Support and manage integration with other enterprise systems (e.g., payroll, finance, etc.) within the Oracle Fusion Cloud ecosystem.
- Conduct detailed workshops and training sessions for end-users, ensuring smooth system adoption.
- Perform system testing (unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing) to ensure configurations meet business requirements.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for functional issues in the Oracle Fusion HCM suite.
- Assist with data migration activities including mapping, cleansing, and migrating data from legacy HR systems to Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Maintain and enhance Oracle Fusion HCM configurations to adapt to business process changes and application updates.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to HR workflows, employee data, and reporting.
- Stay updated with new releases and updates in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud applications to continuously improve solutions for clients.
Key Skills And Qualifications
Experience :
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in implementing, supporting, or upgrading Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud applications, with deep expertise in the following modules: Talent Management, Recruiting, Core HR, Compensation, Learning, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
Business Process Expertise : Strong understanding of HR business processes such as recruitment, onboarding, talent management, compensation management, employee learning, and performance management.
Consulting Skills: Proven ability to gather requirements, design functional solutions, and provide strategic guidance to clients.
System Configuration: Proficiency in configuring Oracle Fusion HCM modules to align with business requirements.
Integration Expertise: Familiarity with integration between Oracle Fusion HCM and other enterprise systems, such as Payroll, Finance, and other third-party Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex HR functionality and solutions to business users.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex functional issues.
Certifications: Oracle Cloud certifications (Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Oracle Talent Management, etc.) are highly Familiarity with tools such as Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, and Oracle Integration Cloud is desirable.
Desired Experience
- Experience in leading Oracle Fusion HCM implementation or upgrade projects with a focus on the Talent, Recruiting, Core HR, Compensation, Learning, and ORC modules.
- Experience in data migration from legacy HR systems into Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
- Experience in configuring and managing talent acquisition workflows in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
- Familiarity with the latest trends and updates in HR technology, especially within Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies or similar approaches for system deployment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing consulting environment.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Master's degree or professional certifications (Oracle HCM Cloud, etc.) is a plus.
