Job Title: AVP Operations Manager Location: TX - Dallas/Irving What you'll do: As a CL Operations Supervisor you'll Lead a team of Loan Review Specialists who are responsible for the review of Conventional, Non-Conforming, FHA, USDA, and VA loan files to ensure loan file contains all required documentation, meets acceptable regulatory standards, and complies with established guidelines prior to purchase. You'll drive the team to reach productivity and quality goals within established SLAs, focusing on FIFO. * Manage a team of Loan Review Specialists that are responsible for the pre-purchase review of Conventional, Non-Conforming, FHA, USDA, and VA loans files. * Drive the team to reach productivity and quality goals, which are: * Achieve 95% Productivity, 85% Quality, 95% Completion within SLA and less than 2% invalid stips. * Audit loan files to ensure the various reviews have been completed with accuracy. * Constantly analyze current process for ways to increase productivity and quality while cutting costs. * Lead and develop a team: responsible for hiring, coaching, performance management, training and development. What you'll need: * 5+ years of related experience in Mortgage Operations, Mortgage Production Management or similar field. * Bachelor's degree in related field required. * Previous leadership experience preferred. * Intermediate knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending; including sales, operations, capital markets and/or other residential mortgage products and services. * Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices. * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Products. * Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
