SUMMARY
Adheres to Bank policies and procedures and complies with all State and Federal banking regulatory requirements, including but not limited to Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, OFAC, Customers Right to Privacy Act, Regulation D, Regulation DD/Truth in savings, USA Patriot Act, CIP, Elder Care, Sexual Harassment, Information Security and Privacy requirements as they pertain to this position. This position is responsible for escalating suspicious activity to the BSA.
POSITION OVERVIEW
This position will be responsible for the maintenance of bank’s network and servers.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing data centers, servers, networking and security infrastructure equipment’s
Administering enterprise software systems.
Deploying and enforcing security policies and procedures.
Providing IT support and resolving problems for employees.
Assisting with onboarding of new employees.
Suggesting and implementing improvements in procedures and equipment.
Maintaining knowledge of IT support, help desk procedures, products, and services.
Managing an issue tracking system and reporting on issue resolution SLAs.
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Knowledge of help desk software and ITSM process.
Good knowledge of Windows OS administration, windows server administration and networking
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain employee satisfaction.
Bilingual: English/Korean preferred.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
5 years of experience in IT administration and networking knowledge.

Annual pay ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location. Exact compensation may vary based on your skills and experience.
