You have a proven track record of delivering results by building relationships with internal partners and effectively managing third party vendor engagements and performance. About Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Strategic Sourcing with focus on Information Technology (Software, Hardware, Cloud Solutions and Professional Services)
• Financial Services experience is preferred, with functional awareness of regulatory practices and risk management
• Experience in building a category strategy and driving execution.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with contracting.

About The Day-to-day

• Serve as a lead for IT/Technology Procurement category, including strategically critical Software, Cloud services and SaaS spend.
• Lead creation and execution of category strategy that aligns with overall business goals and objectives of the organization.
• In partnership with business partners, establish and execute against a pipeline of procurement engagements.
• As applicable, manage RFx efforts including qualification evaluation frameworks, cost modelling and risk.
• Develop and execute negotiation plans.
• Establish strong relationships within the business teams to enable collaborative Vendor Management, focusing on striking a balance between cost and risk management.
• Work closely with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure timely and quality outcomes of sourcing engagements and contract negotiations.
• Continuously monitor the market, focusing on new trends and developments, cost drivers and innovation.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to ensure most efficient procurement processes focused on maximizing value and participant experience.
• Facilitate and support the implementation of a procurement technology stack that supports management of the procurement processes, spend analytics and contract management.
• Measure and report on value delivered through procurement engagements.
