We’re looking for an Avionics Engineer to take full ownership of key electronic subsystems for our first spacecraft. If you’re someone who thrives in high-autonomy environments, values impact over red tape, and wants to build something truly meaningful—this could be your mission.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead system-level design and architecture for avionics, making trade-offs to optimize performance and reliability.
• Design, prototype, and validate hardware for flight computers, communications, power systems, and ADCS.
• Build out internal tools and infrastructure for testing—think flatsats, GPS and power simulation rigs, and more.
• Establish and document best practices for electrical design and validation.
• Drive environmental qualification testing (vibe, shock, thermal, TVAC), and support your hardware through flight.

Who You Are:

• You've designed and tested high-reliability electronics for space or similarly demanding environments.
• You’ve taken multiple hardware systems from concept to launch (or delivery).
• You work independently and own your outcomes.
• You enjoy working across architecture, requirements, and hands-on debugging.
• You love solving hard problems at the hardware-software boundary.
