Europe’s leading Aviation Training provider is seeking to hire those who wish to teach the engineers of Europe’s premier maintenance organisations and the technical workforce of tomorrow.\n\nThe opportunity on offer is to join a longstanding, dynamic and forward-thinking business that is seeking individuals to match. The role covers a spectrum of activity within an aviation maintenance training environment, ensuring that there is rarely a dull moment in a welcoming and learner-focused setting.\n\nThe role may specialise in mechanical, avionic, composite specialties and more with opportunities to teach in the workshop, classroom, and the hangar environment.  Training is delivered to Apprentices undergoing initial basic training and more experienced industry professionals looking to enhance their skills and knowledge.\n\nLocations are our Cotswold Airport main base or client’s sites as required.

Main base and field-based roles are available.\n\nTechnical Instructor responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\n\nThe theoretical and practical delivery of EASA and UK CAA, Part 66 training courses from fundamental subjects to a wide range of aircraft related modules.\n\nThe theoretical and practical instruction of specialised aviation technical skills and other industry related courses.\n\nExaminer and Invigilator duties as required.\n\nAssisting in maintenance and updating of approved training resources.\n\nTerms and conditions:\n\nFull time permanent\n\nSalary £47,000 - £53,000 per annum based on qualifications and experience.\n\nThe higher end of the pay scale applies to those holding all EASA or UKCAA, Cat B Part 66 modules or an appropriate technical/academic degree.
