Job Responsibilities: Perform vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs efficiently and accurately. Inspect, identify, and repair engine, transmission, electrical, braking, and suspension systems. Follow manufacturer guidelines and dealership standards for all repairs and services. Conduct test drives to ensure repairs are completed correctly. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used. Work collaboratively with service advisors and fellow technicians. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience as an automotive technician (A or B level). ASE certifications preferred. Experience with Lincoln/Ford vehicles is a plus. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Ability to use computerized diagnostic equipment. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
