• Strong attention to detail in scheduling, workflow coordination, and prioritizing tasks
• Skilled in handling multiple requests and service records
• Ability to schedule auto repair jobs to maximize shop and service efficiency
• Have a good working knowledge of computers and automotive software like Alldata, Identifx and shop point of sale software, such as Tekmetric.
