The Internet Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the dealership's online sales effort, including lead generation, online lead management, and website content. They manage the internet sales team, develop sales strategies, and ensure compliance.

Role Responsibilities
- Lead and Website Management
- Supervise the Internet Sales Team to convert leads to sales opportunities and manage the sales process from online to in-person.
- Ensure the dealership's website is accurate, attractive, and optimized for conversion.
- Training and development
- Analyzes business metrics to resolve shortfalls and implement action plans to enhance the performance of the Internet Sales Team.
- Interview, hire, and oversee Internet Sales Team, provide training, and motivate teams to achieve established sales goals.
- Sales Strategies and Collaborations
- Guarantee success through a high level of involvement in day-to-day internet operations and sales projections.
- Develop and implement online sales strategies, including online promotions and advertising.
Employee Prerequisites
- Onboarding process completed within days of applying!
- Experience in marketing, web administration, lead administration, or inventory management.
- Expertise of Automotive CRM Software is a bonus.
- Proven project management skills with an emphasis on quality management.
