Summary

Job Summary The Collision Center Estimator is responsible for accurately accessing the cost of repairing damaged vehicles. This role plays a vital part in providing customers with estimates and ensuring timely repairs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with customers and technicians. Responsibilities Evaluating vehicles for collision damage and determining the necessary repairs. Preparing accurate cost estimates for customers. Communicating with insurance companies to ensure proper documentation and approval of repairs. Collaborating with technicians to ensure repairs are completed according to estimate Keeping track of repair progress and providing updates to customers Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and repair techniques Any other duties assigned by management. Requirements High school diploma/GED preferred. Previous estimator experience, preferably in the collision center. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Familiarity with collision repair processes and terminology is a plus.
