Key Responsibilities Represent the Company in a professional, helpful and friendly manner; Assist customers with product inquiries and sales; Offer superior customer service; Meet weekly sales & productivity objectives; Assist in inventory control and prevent shrinkage; Maintain store cleanliness; Help with ordering; Attend product training sessions, industry trade shows, and be available to work special events; Project a professional image and enthusiastic floor presence; Cooperate with management and coworkers; Follow company policies and procedures; Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality; Provides flexibility on shift hours, and willing to work 40 hours per week; Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements Consumer sales experience in a retail environment; Automotive Experience preferred but not required. Training available for the right candidate; Knowledge and passion for Car Audio, Automotive Accessories, Wheels, 4-Wheel/Off Road Products a must.
